I have been in Denver for most of my life and I have lived in the Cherry Creek area for the last 18 years.  Colorado is a fantastic place to live and I have seen the cityscape change dramatically in the last 30 years.  I have always worked in industries that were service oriented and I enjoy the interaction.  I have a marketing and communications degree and I have utilized those skills for all of my professional life.  I have also been self employed and a small business owner so I know how hard it can be to consistently maintain a certain level of productivity.  I enjoy the challenge and real estate was a great combination of all of these skills.

I work diligently with my clients to get them exactly what it is they are looking for, whether it is buying or selling a property or both. I have worked with first time buyers and savvy investors and I treat them all equally, with as much or as little guidance as they are looking for.  I know this city very well and I try to educate myself continuously about the areas that I am less familiar with.  I specialize in Cherry Creek, Hilltop (where I personally live), Uptown, LoDo, Wash Park, Observatory Park and many other areas close to central downtown.  My goal is for the transaction to feel effortless as much as possible for my clients.  I am honest and I help get properties ready for showing and I will use staging and re-arranging techniques to improve saleability.  I strive for the end result to be satisfaction and ultimately, maintain a long term relationship with my clients.

I am actively involved in many civic organizations and I continuously involve myself with groups such as Volunteers of America, Brandon Center and Denver Dumb Friends League.
